These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Kinfotech Digital Solutions LLP ("we," "us," "our").
Services
We provide SEO, digital marketing, web development and related digital services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in individual proposals and agreements for each engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to website and platform credentials required for service delivery, timely feedback on deliverables and approvals, and ensuring that content and materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Standard terms are payment within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable for work already completed.
Intellectual Property
Work produced by Kinfotech for clients — including website code, content, designs and strategies — becomes the client's property upon full payment. Tools, templates, methodologies and processes developed by Kinfotech remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data and business details. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent — except as required by law.
No Guarantee of Rankings
SEO results depend on many factors including competition, Google's algorithm, website history and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or traffic numbers. We guarantee professional, strategic work executed consistently and measured transparently.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable. Upon termination, we provide all deliverables completed to date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India.
